Some people walk through their day picking up everyone else’s moods without noticing they’re doing it. Sally Anne Energetics works with exactly that. She’s an intuitive guide and energy practitioner, and the way she puts it, her aim is to help people become energetically savvy: to stop carrying what isn’t theirs and reconnect with themselves more deeply so they can reclaim their own power.

She’ll have a stand at the Guildhall across the weekend for anyone who wants to talk that through in person.
