Getting here

The Masonic Guildhall is on Wellington Road South, close to Stockport town centre and well served by public transport.

• Train: Stockport station is approximately 10 minutes on foot. Regular services from Manchester Piccadilly (10 min) and throughout the North West.
• Bus: Several bus routes stop on Wellington Road South, including services from Manchester city centre.
• Car: The M60 and A6 are close by.

Parking

Parking is easy. There is a large attended car park at the venue. You pay the attendant £3 by cash or card and get a receipt, with no machines to use, or there is lots of free parking in close proximity you can be directed to. There is also a bus stop right outside the venue.

What to bring

• Comfortable footwear – you will be on your feet
• A bag for your purchases
• Cash if you prefer it, though most exhibitors accept card
• An open mind

What to expect

The Guildhall has multiple rooms across two floors, each with exhibitors and workshop spaces. There is a café on site. Seating is available. The building is accessible by lift.

All 21+ workshops are free with your entry ticket. No pre-booking; just turn up to the room a few minutes before the session starts. Popular sessions fill up, so arrive a little early for anything you are keen to attend.
