Felix works with the subtle structures that shape the body, mind and energy system. His practice focuses on lightbody restructuring and energetic architecture: locating areas of stagnation or distortion within the body and its energetic fields, and supporting those systems back to coherence. Using light-based therapies, meditative states and precise energetic work, the aim is not to impose change but to let the system reorganise in a way that feels stable and integrated.
