Ross Fobian (FlowWell · Vasotherapy & HBOT)

Flow Well is the Stockport recovery clinic Ross Fobian runs alongside Dr Shants — you’ll find them both at the weekend — and it’s about as far from a scented-candle spa as wellness gets. The whole place is built around machines rather than massage tables, on the idea that looking after your body is something you do on purpose and regularly, not only when something’s gone wrong.

Two things anchor it. The first is a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, where you sit in comfortable, mildly pressurised air with a much higher oxygen content than usual — popular with athletes and anyone in recovery, and, by most accounts, deeply relaxing. The second is vasotherapy: compression and circulation work using specialised beds and garments. The pair are designed to be used together, and the best bit for a lot of people is how undramatic it feels — you stay fully clothed, sit back, and let the equipment do the work. Ross has added no-touch full-body and lymphatic-drainage sessions to the menu too, for people who want the benefits of bodywork without a stranger’s hands on them.

If the more tech-forward end of recovery appeals — or you just want to know what all the athletes are on about — their stand is the place to ask.

Ross brings Flow Well to the Mind Body Spirit & Wellness Weekend, Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 September 2026 at Stockport Masonic Guildhall — one of over 70 readers, healers and stallholders across the two days.
